Requirements

Ipsum pride themselves on the flexibility and reliability provided to their customers. They require a fleet provider that will keep downtime to a minimum, ensuring no compromise on their service.

Due to the nature of their work, a provider that will offer flexibility and allow them access to vehicles at short notice is imperative. This includes delivery and collection of hire vehicles to various sites throughout the UK.

Many vehicles require additional custom products such as storage fit outs, livery and trackers.

Ipsum require good communication from a fleet provider, who will keep their fleet moving along with their business requirements.

Our Solution

NL Van, Truck & Car Hire have worked with Ipsum providing fleet solutions for over 5 years, during which time we have built up a strong relationship.  Currently we provide a fleet of 150 vehicles to the Ipsum Group nationwide.

We have a number of branches, enabling us to offer a timely delivery and collection service to various locations across the UK. Our reactive response times allow for a quick turnaround on new vehicles, even when the addition of custom products is required.

Each of our sites has an in-house workshop, enabling us to carry out vehicle services, maintenance and repairs. This gives us greater control over repair times and keeps down time to a minimum. Where a vehicle is located further afield, customers may utilise our nationwide accounts with Kwik Fit and ATS.

If we are unable to get a customer on the road promptly, a replacement vehicle is provided.

We offer 24/7 breakdown recovery service and an accident management service for RTA claims.

We have the ability to manage the fitting of any custom products required, such as livery, trackers or vehicle fit-outs. This is either done in-house or by utilising one of our many trusted partners.

This one-stop-shop service provides a more seamless experience for the customer.
